Filter motors differ in size and performance. Filter motors are adaptable both in purification in pre-existing air treatment ducts and in specially developed stand-alone or wall-mounted devices.

GV1 is the smallest of the series and can therefore be used for applications where space is limited (e.g. lifts, booths or very narrow ducts).

AV1/AV2/AV3 have a larger size and higher performance, and are suitable for air purification applications in larger rooms, either in ducts or possible stand-alone devices.

Depending on requirements, it is possible to select from AV1 to AV3 with increasing purification performance. More information can be found on the product pages.

Filter motors are versatile and can be used in all kinds of air purification applications and environments.

They can be included either within pre-existing air ducts or in purpose-built stand-alone devices, wall- or ceiling-mounted.

Furthermore, they are suitable for any type of indoor environment, whether private such as offices or commercial buildings (banks, gyms, doctors’ offices, etc.) or public (hospitals, schools, universities, etc.), as well as for all types of transport (planes, buses, trains, cars, cable cars, etc.).

Filter motors require very little maintenance.
Normally once or twice a year, depending on the pollution in the environment, we recommend “regenerating” the ceramic filters to restore their original performance, which may diminish over time due to residues deposited during purification. The procedure requires rinsing the ceramic filters with running water or placing them in a common oven at 200°C for 2 hours, then re-installing them.
For AV2 and AV3 devices with an additional electrostatic filter, we recommend blowing off any dust that may accumulate on it periodically.
In AV1 and GV1 we recommend cleaning or changing the non-woven fabric pre-filters periodically.
