Phoebe has just obtained an additional certification of efficacy from the Airmid Healtgroup laboratory in Dublin!
Phoebe technology is the only photocatalysis with visible light that has been tested in the real operating conditions of the air ventilation ducts.
The single-pass test was carried out in a real duct with high speed air (2,6 m/s) and with the MS2 bacteriophage, one of the most resistant and difficult viruses to kill (much more resistant than Sars-CoV-2).
With Phoebe device inside the duct, the virus is reduced by about 60% in a single pass, resulting in a total killing in a few passes (the air actually is recirculated several times in the ventilation ducts)
This test certifies Phoebe’s effectiveness in fighting pathogens in air ventilation ducts.
